OLD ENGLAND SPA TERMS AND CONDITIONS

To ensure a relaxing, safe, and enjoyable experience for all our guests, we kindly ask you to read and accept the following Terms and Conditions when using the Old England Hotel & Spa.

1. Spa Opening Hours - Open 7 days a week

Treatment Hours: 08:00 – 18:00

Pool & Gym Access: 07:00 – 18:30

Children’s Pool Access: 08:30 - 09:30 and 15:30 - 17:00

2. Booking & Appointments

 A valid credit/debit card is required to secure your booking; otherwise, it may be cancelled.

 Please arrive at least 15 minutes before for your appointment to allow time for check-in, changing, and completion of a medical consultation form.

 Treatment times include consultation, preparation and aftercare.

 Late arrivals may result in a reduced treatment duration.

 Treatments included within Spa Day packages may be subject to change depending on arrival and departure times. (please advise us of any constraints when booking)

3. Cancellations & No-Shows

Once confirmed, all bookings are non-refundable/transferable.

We require:

 24 hours’ notice for treatment changes.

 48 hours’ notice to reschedule your booking.

 Cancellations within these windows or failure to attend will result in a 100% charge.

4. Health & Medical Conditions

 Please disclose any medical conditions, allergies, injuries, or recent surgeries prior to your visit.

 Some treatments may not be suitable during pregnancy or for guests with certain medical conditions.

 We reserve the right to decline or adapt treatments based on your health declaration to ensure your safety and comfort.

5. Age Policy

 Spa treatments are for guests aged 16 and over only.

6. Use of Facilities

 Gowns and slippers are provided.

 Guests booking ELEMIS or ishga treatments receive 2 hours’ complimentary facility use before or after treatment.

 Swimwear must be worn in all wet areas (pool, sauna, steam room, ice room).

 Please keep phones on silent and avoid using them in spa areas to maintain a tranquil atmosphere.

 All personal items must be stored in lockers; do not leave belongings unattended.

 Please place used towels in the designated laundry baskets.

 Inappropriate, loud, or disruptive behaviour may result in removal from the spa without refund.

 Valuables are brought into the spa at your own risk.

7. Water & Hydration

 Water fountains are available in the changing rooms and gym.

 Only plastic bottles are permitted poolside.

8. Gift Vouchers

 Valid for 6 months from the date of purchase unless otherwise stated.

 Must be presented at time of redemption. Expired vouchers will not be honoured.

 Lost or stolen vouchers cannot be replaced.

9. Liability

 Use of the spa, pool, gym, and leisure facilities is at your own risk.

 The Old England Hotel & Spa is not liable for any injury, accident, or loss, except where such liability cannot be excluded by law.

10. Agreement

By booking or using our facilities, you acknowledge and agree to these terms and conditions.
